Paulownia wood uses
Paulownia wood has proven to be very versatile. The wood has long been used in the producing of mouldings,( both Exterior and Interior ), building materials (Including housing construction, Paneling, door frames, windows, flat jamb, pallets, crates, finished products), furniture (Mainly are drawers sides/bottoms, cabinets) plywood, wooden crafts, pyrotechnic charcoal, veneers, and musical instruments
   
 

Paulownia wood characteristics
Paulownia is an extremely fast-growing soft hardwood tree. It has one of the highest strength to weight ratios of any wood.

It is light in color and light in weight. It weighs at only 270 - 290kg/m3(about 14 to 19 lbs per cubic foot). It has a light straw appearance, very much like Ash.

The wood is extremely easy to machine and finish, stains, glues and paints with ease. It is dimensionally stable, knot-free, durable, Insect-proof, Fire resistance, low density, easily worked, on-structural timber.

Besides paulownia remains stable during changes in humidity and experiences little shrinkage or expansion compared to most other woods. It is highly durable and resists decay under non-ground contact conditions.
